I order two components on their store on Sunday and I received them Monday morning. Absolutely brilliant, great shop and great prices ! Moreover, they give you some candies with your order. Nice little touch.

Have been here a number of times and each time it has been excellent service with knowledgeable staff who go to each other if they don't have the answer or expertise needed. I always find what I need at an affordable price and I don't ever feel pressured to spend money I don't have. I have had the sales staff listen to me and then suggest ordering a part in for me that I didn't even know could be a solution to make my bike fit me better and relieve pressure on a back injury I have. I feel safe and welcome here. I've left other bike shops in tears before due to high pressure sales tactics and ever since I started coming here I don't go anywhere else. Turnaround time has always been great as well. Thank you for all you do. ❤️

I'm just getting into working on my own bike. I needed to replace the rear wheel on a bike and had gotten the wrong replacement wheel from another shop. I called ahead to Full Cycle. The were able to look up what I needed and emailed me the link to the item in their on-line shop. I purchased it online and was able to pick it up the same day. After getting the wrong wheel once, I was concerned that it wouldn't work again but they were right. It was a good experience dealing with Full Cycle.

I got an amazing service for a small part I needed to order online. They were very responsive via their live chat, and made sure I was getting the right thing. Shipping was extra fast (next day to Montreal) - and free! - and came with a few surprises inside. Highly recommend! Thank you.

I am looking to get a bike for the first time ever, so I was very upfront that this was just a ' get an idea of the market'. Despite that I received incredible help and advices from the worker there (forgot to get his name, sorry). He was very helpful and patient, and even let me try on different bikes to get an idea. Really loved my time there, he was very helpful.
